Get a pick-me-up at the coffee shop/cafe. This hotel serves as home to a bar, along with a delicatessen that specializes in American cuisine. This 1728-room, 4.5-star hotel welcomes guests with 2 outdoor pools, a restaurant, and a 24-hour gym. MGM Grand Casino is a short stroll from The Signature at MGM Grand (All Suites), and other popular attractions like Fountains of Bellagio are within a mile (2 km). I would recommend taking more initiative & be kind to guests. They will not tell you what the amenities are until you ask. The room keys lose their change after a few uses and you will find yourself going to the front desk to change them nearly every day. They did not ask for the room key to go up the elevator the first time and gave me huge attitude the second time around instead of simply asking politely to see my room key. They didn't give a reason and did not put me through to talk to management as I requested and said me 'they told me to tell you what I told you just now.' When I asked for late checkout in the morning, they said it was not available. I asked the night before I left if there was late checkout available and they let me know the prices. The toilet clogged randomly in the middle of the stay and it took a while for them to unclog it. It came as a surprise I was back so they did a rushed job with the bathroom and kitchen which was very spotty.

I requested it in the morning, and they didn't come until 4PM. The cleaners came the first couple days of my stay which was 5 days long, and I had to request they come by on the last day. The hotel is a decent walk from the strip (~12-15 minutes) and is not easily accessible from the road you have to walk up a bit of a hill away from the road to access the front of the hotel buildings or from the MGM Grand convention-casino area.
